Parent K-12 Advising Services
We recognize that supporting your child through the K-12 educational system can be tough! One tool that helps is building your own capacity and support! This can look like support reviewing school documents, preparation for teacher/school meetings, learning about what resources should be offered to your student as well as attendance at school meetings. Additionally, support for helping your student plan for life after high school is available! The space created is not one of judgment, but one of understanding!
Supporting College Bound Students and Families.
Will your high schooler be the first in the family to attend college? Did you attend college some time ago and want a refresher on ways to support? Let's chat! Supporting your student, community or family member through their high school and college/next step choices can be a lot. We'll create space for you, their other community members, or you and the student to talk through planning, answer questions that you may have, or ensure that you are equip with the tools to show up for them.
